Crossfit
CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, and functional movement. Our classes are one hour long and are designed to challenge your physical and mental abilities to make you stronger and more capable to face everyday life challenges.

Crossfit 101
Want to try CrossFit, but don't know where to start? CrossFit101 is for you! It is an hour class with a coach to guide you through the movements of the workout. It will help teach you the technique and get you ready for the regular CrossFit classes.

Barbell Club
This class is open to all ages and skill levels. The class offers technique work on olympic lifting moves that we use in our CrossFit and CrossFit 101 classes.

Yoga
Yoga is a great compliment of CrossFit. It helps keep your body mobile and helps strengthen while only doing body weight movements.
Sundays at 10:30AM
Can’t say enough positive things about this place. The coaches and staff are extremely welcoming and supportive. There’s a positive attitude in the atmosphere, and the other members at the gym are also very encouraging and supportive. It feels like you’re part of a family at Ft. Meigs. 5 stars!
