CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, and functional movement. Our classes are one hour long and are designed to challenge your physical and mental abilities to make you stronger and more capable to face everyday life challenges.

Want to try CrossFit? Our Foundations Program is designed to teach you everything you need to know before taking our regular class. Contact us to meet with a Coach. We will work with your schedule to get you started.
This class is open to all ages and skill levels. The class offers technique work on olympic lifting moves that we use in our CrossFit classes.

Sunday mornings are high energy and fun in our Endurance Class! Increase your engine with this program that focuses on building aerobic capacity!
